Total travel time has been a little over 9 hours, but now fixing to touch down in Bogata, Columbia.

As we drive out of the city, I officially name Bogota as the Land of Graffiti. Every wall and almost every building is painted with murals, sayings or sometimes just trashy scribbles.
August 15, 2022 – Guayabero River, Colombia
Up early and on to our primary purpose of the trip…to photograph and enjoy the Cano Cristales… the Rainbow River.

The big day I’ve been waiting for….hiking into the Serranía de la Macarena national park to visit Cano Cristales.

Traveling back to the Bucaramanga area we stopped at the national park to catch a ride by cable car across the Chicamocha Canyon & River.

Morning walk to see the “street art”, but we decided to take the rest of the day to relax…enjoying the pool, spa and a nice dinner.
